To apply for admission to The Eleventh Hour – Institute for Biblical Studies please follow these steps:

• Fill out an application.  Download Application
• Have your Pastor or Home Fellowship Leader and two character references, submit a pastoral recommendation.  Download Recommendation Form
• Application fee is $75 up until August 21.
• Turn in your application by hand at The Harbour Church/LIGHT International office, or mail it to:

Second Year Program

EHI's Second Year Program is open to those who have completed the first year program of The Eleventh Hour Institute for Biblical Studies.  It's purpose is to provide hands on training in ministry service through The Harbour Church that connects to an individual's long term calling.  Second Year gives the opportunity to take the foundational truths learned through the First Year tracks of study and put them into practice in real life settings.
